Had an awesome time with my friends! We loved the beach service and spent our days lounging by the beautiful pool area. We also visited Zoo Miami, which was super fun, and took a thrilling airboat tour at Sawgrass Recreation Park. The vibe was perfect for our group getaway.

One bummer was the front desk staff. they felt rude and unhelpful when I tried to make a reservation. That put a bit of a damper on our overall experience.

Don’t miss the clubhouse's diverse food offerings. they change frequently, keeping your palate intrigued. Just be prepared for some noise from the hall.

During my stay, I enjoyed a soothing massage at the spa that allowed me to relax. The staff at the pool set up my chair in my favorite spot even before I arrived, showcasing the thoughtful service I appreciate. It felt welcoming, just like home in Rome.

I noticed some areas, like the fitness center, could use more equipment. There were minor bumps with housekeeping that were understandable given the recent reopening.

The culinary scene at the Ritz is a feast for the senses! Breakfast in-room was a total vibe, with fresh pastries that'll make your taste buds dance. Plus, their dining options feature some bomb Mediterranean dishes that hit the spot. Can’t forget that the staff is super attentive—one lady, Mrs Sara, was a total gem!

On the flip side, the beds are a no-go if you're over 250 pounds—like sleeping on marshmallows! And parking fees? A whopping $60 a night is straight-up highway robbery. Overall, it felt like they tried to nickel-and-dime us with surprise fees everywhere.
