This place suits me perfectly with 24-hour reception, beach access, and excellent air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff kindly assisted my elderly parents, which I greatly appreciated. The beach staff were also fabulous and attentive!

Superb hospitality and beautiful rooms.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We loved the beach service and spent our days lounging by the beautiful pool area. We also visited Zoo Miami, which was super fun, and took a thrilling airboat tour at Sawgrass Recreation Park. The vibe was perfect for our group getaway.

One bummer was the front desk staff. they felt rude and unhelpful when I tried to make a reservation. That put a bit of a damper on our overall experience.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Amenities

We enjoyed our stay in the Classic Room with 1 King Bed for 6 nights. The attentive poolside service was a delightful touch, making it easy to relax. Don’t miss the clubhouse's diverse food offerings. they change frequently, keeping your palate intrigued. Just be prepared for some noise from the hall.

During my stay, I enjoyed a soothing massage at the spa that allowed me to relax. The staff at the pool set up my chair in my favorite spot even before I arrived, showcasing the thoughtful service I appreciate. It felt welcoming, just like home in Rome.

I noticed some areas, like the fitness center, could use more equipment. There were minor bumps with housekeeping that were understandable given the recent reopening.

The room was comfortable, but the wait for check-in was frustrating.

We had an amazing day at the zoo, where my kids loved feeding the giraffes and riding camels. The beach access was perfect, and the staff was super friendly, especially Faye, who made our daughter's birthday special with gifts and attention. Everything was spot on.

In my kids' opinion, better bedding would be great.

During our stay, we enjoyed a thrilling airboat tour through the Everglades, which my teenagers absolutely loved. The chance to see alligators and other wildlife up close made for unforgettable family memories. The hotel's poolside dining was also a highlight, with quick, delicious service.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly activities available on-site.
