The bed was lovely and the room was perfect and super spacious. It had a mini fridge stocked with drinks, a coffee maker, tea kettle, and a writing table. Breakfast was amazing with lots of delicious meals to choose from! 🍳

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Miami Beach. My room included coffee/tea making equipment, a seating area and a work desk.

Had a great Easter weekend at the renovated hotel. Location was perfect, close to the beach and other attractions. The newly refurbished rooms were spacious and clean. Friendly staff made the stay enjoyable.

Service at the restaurant was slow and the food was not up to standard. Also, had an issue with the reservation process, causing confusion and inconvenience.

Our toilet clogged one night and left our bathroom in a poor state! I also did not enoy having a substantial amount of money pre-authorised on my credit card after check out. This is an inconvenience to travellers who need to have available funds on credit.

You have no choice of bed type on the Booked.net for this hotel.That's why I had a problem during the the check in describing the staff that I want king bed. Staff in check in desk is too ambitious.

We had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Miami Beach. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making our stay truly enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to shopping centers and other attractions. The hotel's attentive staff made us feel welcomed and special throughout our stay. The food served in the Club was delicious and the wide choice of beverages was impressive. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Marvellous staff, lovely beach, comfy beds

The hotel staff was excellent. They were ready to help in any case we need. The hotel itself located right next to the beach and we could go to the seaside in less than 3 min. We loved the hotel so much that althoug we had prepaid another hotel in orlando, we checked out one day earlier so that we could stay one more night in this perfectly nice hotel. Everything was great about this hotel. We had the best service ever, the staff was so friendly and professional. It's so strange to me that people complain about the staff being too nice at this hotel. After living a poor service in Spain, it's a great pleasure to be treated like that. They even have a stereo in the room for Ipod/Iphone so you can have your own party in the room. Great breakfast, super comfy beds, right in front of the ocean and close to the best clubs and restaurants in town. Loved it!!!

The rooms here were spotless and so nice, they even had a balcony and a bathroom with a bit of a view. 😊 The location was top-notch, we were super close to the city center.
